0.5"Hex Adapter Shaft for Bosch Motor

This is an adapter to convert the female spline output of the Bosch Seat Motor (am-3493) to a 2 inch long 0.5 inch hex shaft. The square end interfaces with the female spline of the motor and is retained by an included 6-32 screw and washer. Our testing shows that in a back-drive situation the worm gear in the gearbox will fail before the motor spline or this adapter.

This motor is often used in power seats for raising the seat up and down. It is perfect for precise positioning and not back driving when power is cut. This motor features an integrated hall sensor to enable accurate positioning feedback. The wire harness can be purchased separately as am-3548 or buy the items together as am-3564 at a discount.
