20T, 8 mm Bore with 2 mm Keyway Miter Gear

These adapters are intended to be a high strength solution to adapt the Falcon Spline to any product that has a 1/2 in hex bore. This product includes the correct size washers to retain items along the hex shaft, as well as a thread-patch 8-32 screw to be used in conjunction with spacers included with the Falcon 500 motor to retain motion hardware.

Miter gears are a special class of bevel gears where the shafts intersect at 90° and the gear ratio is 1:1. This miter gear has a .500" hex bore, making it perfect for interfacing with many popular products in the competition robotics marketplace.

This shaft was originally used in our After Burner PTO. This shaft may find a use in your custom gearbox application. This shaft is intended to be used as a part of a shift mechanism. The shaft has a 0.188 in. long through-slot to be used with a shift assembly.
