9 different offerings of our 25 Series Hub Sprockets. These are perfect for meshing with roller chain and finally getting that-thing-that-you-need-to-spin moving!
These aluminum sprockets work perfectly with 1/2 in. hex shaft and mesh with #25 roller chain. They are symmetrical and have the same sized hub on both sides so there's no wrong way to install them. The hub is also sized to ride on only the inner race of a bearing for smooth motion without binding or rubbing.
Note: Despite the prints, at this time, tooth alignment to the bore is not controlled on these sprockets.

#25 Connecting Link (Master Link)
This is a heavy-duty compression lug from BURNDY for 06 AWG wire. This compression log can be easily crimped with the Cable Lug Crimping Tool.
Compliant wheels are not intended for moving robots, but moving objects. Compliant wheels give way to allow rigid objects to be manipulated easily. A line of multiple wheels on a driven hex axle creates a very effective roller that ignores variations in the objects being driven. This makes for high-performance intakes and internal conveyors.
Different durometer ratings give each wheel unique characteristics. Green wheels (35A durometer) are the softest and most compliant around objects, while orange (40A), maroon (45A), blue (50A), and black (60A) wheels are increasingly firm. The increased firmness also allows the latter wheels to carry a higher RPM rating. Check out the downloads tab for a chart showing wheels and their maximum RPM.
Please note maroon wheels are only intended for use in FTC. If more powerful motors are used to drive it the spokes may fail.

This robust 5mm HTD 18mm wide aluminum pulley is a lightweight motion component thoughtfully designed specifically for FIRST Robotics Competition robots. It features a lightweight 2024 aluminum core, made from our 24 Tooth Aluminum Pulley Stock. Unlike other products on the market, this pulley uses super strong steel flanges that are formed onto the pulley body instead of using a traditional press fit or crimps for maximum flange retention and durability. This pulley has small bosses on each side that allow them to be installed against an FR8ZZ Round or FR8ZZ Hex bearing without rubbing on the outer races for smooth operation.
This version of the pulley supports either two 9mm wide belts or one 15mm wide belt.

These Aluminum sprockets work perfectly with hex shaft and mesh with #25 roller chain.
We are pleased to offer these new gussets that are suitable for 1" based building systems. These thoughtfully designed gussets are made from 1/8" thick 6061-T6 aluminum, which is a much stronger material than other 0.09" 5052 gussets. All of these framing gussets feature a 1" linear hole pattern, with holes suitable for either #10 screws or 3/16" rivets.
On all of the angle gussets, a generous radius was used on the inside corner for maximum strength. The various angle gussets, along with the quad and tee gusset are used together to create structures and sub-assemblies for your robot. Our bearing and Sport gussets are perfect building blocks to create a massive variety of mechanisms and assemblies to suit your needs.

This is a PWM Y-cable, also known as a "Y servo extension cable".
3-wire "Y"-cables allow 2 motors/servos to be driven by a single microcontroller output.
22 gauge wire is used in these cables, and the body of the cable is jacketed with black heat shrink tubing. Notice that these are not 3-wire ribbon cables, like other PWM cables.
Universal servo connectors are on each end, with a male connector on one end wired to two ends with female connectors.
