The Motor Mount Plate is used with the Maverick 12V DC Gear Motor (Part# 75001) to attach it inside the anyone of the U Channels 76010 to 76018. This is an example of a chassis with 4 motors mounted inside the U-Channel using a Motor Mounting Plate.
May be used with 6mm D-Shape Shaft to secure wheels in their position.

The Studica U Channel is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 48mm profile. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. This gear is used as the input pinion gear for the EVO Shifter. This gear is a tight press fit onto a CIM gear, and requires at minimum a 3-ton arbor press to install. If a CIM motor with this gear pre-installed interests you, check out am-0255_15T. Specifications:
We are pleased to offer these new gussets that are suitable for 1" based building systems. These thoughtfully designed gussets are made from 1/8" thick 6061-T6 aluminum, which is a much stronger material than other 0.09" 5052 gussets. All of these framing gussets feature a 1" linear hole pattern, with holes suitable for either #10 screws or 3/16" rivets.
On all of the angle gussets, a generous radius was used on the inside corner for maximum strength. The various angle gussets, along with the quad and tee gusset are used together to create structures and sub-assemblies for your robot. Our bearing and Sport gussets are perfect building blocks to create a massive variety of mechanisms and assemblies to suit your needs.
