    Mobile Robotics Competition Results

    In the end, after a very close competition, the Gold was awarded to China. The China team consisted of Gengjun Hu and Qiyuan Zheng. Together, they earned an impressive 763 points! In a very close second, Korea was awarded the silver medal with 760 points. Russia received the bronze with 757 points.

    In addition to the medals, ten teams were awarded Medallions of Excellence. These teams include Japan, Macau – China, Chinese Taipei, Brazil, Portugal, Austria, Hong Kong, India, Canada, and Singapore. We congratulate all the teams and competitors for making such an impressive effort at the event and being successful in creating their robots to perform their given task. View complete results.


     

    As a WorldSkills Global Partner for Mobile Robotics, Studica was represented by Frank Nanfara and Derek Murphy at this event. One of Studica’s major responsibilities is to develop the authorized WorldSkills Mobile Robotics Competition Collection. Continual effort is put into evaluating the effectiveness of the collection and searching for ways to improve it. Studica also assists in the development of the Mobile Robotics skill to industry standards.
