These are all of our 9 mm wide 5 mm pitch HTD synchronous timing belt offerings. All of these belts are a composite of flexible rubber with a fiberglass tensile member throughout. Synchronous timing belts, also known as a toothed belt or synchronous belt, are designed to eliminate slippage and keep any number of objects rotating at a constant rate. We offer both genuine Gates brand belts as well as lower-cost generic brand belts.
The NeveRest Orbital 20 is a gearmotor with an attached encoder. The output shaft geometry and the gearbox housing diameter is similar to what FTC teams are familiar with. The shaft is a 6 mm D and the gearbox housing is 37 mm diameter.
The power cable which feeds into the black encoder housing has two different options that are already crimped to the end of the cable. (select your needs above):
There is an encoder mounted to the backside of this motor. It is a 7 pulse per revolution (ppr), hall effect encoder. Since the motor's gearbox has a 19.2:1 reduction, then the NeverRest Orbital 20 output shaft provides 134.4 ppr.
Encoder Cable Options:
NeveRest motors do not come with an encoder cable as we offer 3 cable options:
am-3926a allows you to connect the encoder directly to the FIRST Tech Challenge REV Controller. am-2992 has the 4 encoder pins joined in one housing using standard 0.1" spacing. am-2993 allows you to break out the 4 pins separately if you need them in a different order.

This is the cable designed for the encoder that is pre-attached to the NeveRest Series of motors and gearmotors. It has a connector on the opposite end to directly interface with the REV Expansion Hub or the REV Control Hub.
The 'a' version of this cable as the encoder channels swapped so that the encoder counts in the same direction as the output shaft spins. This simplifies the usage of the encoder with the various programming languages for FTC!
Can be used with 6mm D-Shaft Axel and 6mm shaft DC motor.
416MM Channel is a heavy-duty aluminum channel piece that serves as the structural base for building with the TETRIX Building System. This piece can also be cut to custom lengths with a metal-cutting blade.
These round groove pulleys are also referred to as U groove pulleys. They are made of 6061-T6 Aluminum with a D-Shaft hole through of 6mm, and 2 set screws for ultimate strength. Use it with the 5mm Round Belt and for gearing up or down combine them with the other round groove pulleys that range from 10mm to 60mm.
The 20 Tooth GT2-6mm Timing Belt Pulley can be used with any of the GT2 belts.
The 30 Tooth GT2-6mm Timing Belt Pulley can be used with any of the GT2 belts.
The 40 Tooth GT2-6mm Timing Belt Pulley can be used with any of the GT2 belts.
The 60 Tooth GT2-6mm Timing Belt Pulley can be used with any of the GT2 belts.

GT2-6mm Smooth Idler Pulley, H Type, w/3mm Inner Bore Bearing
Used with Maverick DC Motor with 6mm shaft and all 6mm D-Shaft Axels. Matching belt 10mm Timing Belt, # 76233.
The pulleys are .40” inside the flanges to allow for belts up to 3/8” in width. Two set screws using 1.5mm hex key.
