This is a Heavy Duty Hex Bearing which outperforms our previous 1/2" Hex Bearings as it has a Heavy Duty Inner Race. This FR8ZZ-HexHD bearing, 1/2" hex bore, flanged, heavy duty inner race, shielded ball bearing, has an inner race that is thicker and stronger than our recent offering of a similar bearing (am-0279). This bearing has more material between the corners of the hex bore and the edge of the race making it stronger and much less likely to crack under high load. This bearing is guaranteed to have a stronger, thicker race. 100% of these bearings have been quality checked for a smooth fit over 1/2" hex stock here at AndyMark. Many of our long-time customers will recognize this bearing, as it is the same version we sold back in 2008-2011, and we did not have any failures. Now, it is renamed and quality checked for your high load needs - including drive chassis with cantilevered wheels.
Specifications:
9 different offerings of our 25 Series Hub Sprockets. These are perfect for meshing with roller chain and finally getting that-thing-that-you-need-to-spin moving!
These aluminum sprockets work perfectly with 1/2 in. hex shaft and mesh with #25 roller chain. They are symmetrical and have the same sized hub on both sides so there's no wrong way to install them. The hub is also sized to ride on only the inner race of a bearing for smooth motion without binding or rubbing.
#25 Connecting Link (Master Link) Specifications:
#25 Half Link. Also known as #25 Offset Link. Specifications:
This Inline Chain Tensioner for #25 series roller chain is perfect to adjust the desired tension in a long run of chain on mechanisms such as elevators and arms. This is ideal where there is at least a ~3" section of chain that never passes over a sprocket in a given mechanism. Pair this with two #25 Master Links and integrate this to your project for an easy-to-use chain tension solution!
The design of this product was inspired by Misumi's Chain Turnbuckles. This product has been improved to be compatible with imperial-sized wrenches.

Note: Despite the prints, at this time, tooth alignment to the bore is not controlled on these sprockets.
Each hub now has a "flower" pattern that fits and keys into our 42T 5 mm HTD Pulley, which means you are no longer constrained to our legacy 500EX Hex Hub for compatibility with this pulley. Every hub still maintains a closed-profile hole for maximum strength. Every shaft hub has been designed with bearing bosses on both sides that have been sized appropriately for the mating bearings that would pair with the bore through the hub, which means you can run each hub right against a bearing with no need for extra spacers. All of these hubs are also made from 7075-T6 aluminum, which is much stronger than the previously used 6061-T6, 6005, and 6105 alloys from our older designs. Where possible, the shoulder on shaft hubs was reduced to 7/8" in diameter for an easier fit with our molded plastic wheels, while still maintaining a precise 1.125" diameter boss for locating in wheels, sprockets, gears, and more.
The holes are evenly spaced on a 1.875 in. circle and 0.201 inches in diameter. That's a perfect size for #10 bolts!

This collar clamp is a one-piece shaft collar with a 1/2 in. bore, 0.984 in. OD, and 0.236 in. width. The thin line design reduces weight and allows for use in confined spaces. It has the clamp style benefits of not marring the shaft, easy removability, and indefinite adjustability while commonly being used for guiding, spacing, stopping, mounting, and component alignment.Specifications:
Tired of hex clamp collars that cost an arm and a leg? Tired of stripping out the set screw on your clamp collar? Need to add a collar in an assembly and don't want to remove everything from your hex shaft?
Me too! I've ran into all of the above scenarios multiple times building multiple robots. These collars are the holy grail -
