Introducing FlexHub, designed by engineers from iR3 Creative Engineering, from Orlando, Florida. FlexHub is a modular gear & hub solution from iR3 Creative. The concept is pretty simple. There is a hub, there is a gear, there are two retaining rings. Put them together into your assembly. If the gear ratio / shaft size / output / whatever isn’t working rinse and repeat with a new hub or gear.

This 60 tooth gear is a part of the encoder setup for the 2 Stage EVO Shifters. It is designed to be used on a 1/4" diameter shaft held with a 3/8" collar clamp, am-2382.

This is a complete set of gears for every ratio possible in the Toughbox Mini and Toughbox Micro. These gears will also work as replacement gears for the Toughbox, Toughbox Nano, Toughbox Micro and Nano Tube gearboxes.
These gear sets replace the small cluster gear and the output gear on these gearboxes.

To use these gears, you must choose a pair of gears which the total count of teeth is 64. The center distance on the Toughbox final stage is 1.603 inches. 1.600 inches is the correct distance for two gears of 20dp which have a total of 64 teeth. The extra 0.003 inch is for allowance of tolerance. Here is the list of final stage gear sets, stage ratios, and overall gearbox ratios:
50:14, 3.57:1 = stage ratio, 12.75:1 = overall ratio

This 14T 20DP steel gear can be used as an input gear in our Toughbox Mini, Toughbox Micro and Toughbox Classic gearboxes. Use this gear anywhere you could use our 14T 20DP 8 mm Key Bore Gear.
This 16T 0.7 Module steel gear is used in the Falcon Sport gearbox. This gear is available separately for teams who want to convert their existing CIM Sport gearboxes into Falcon Sports without having to repurchase entire gearboxes. Use this in conjunction with our Falcon Sport Input Plate as well as a Falcon 500 Short Shaft for a budget-minded high-power upgrade to your CIM Sport!
This gear can be located on the shifting shaft of an AndyMark transmission (AM Shifter, Super Shifter). It is to be paired with a 35 tooth Medium Cluster Gear. This 28 Small Output Gear and the 35 Medium Cluster gear replace the standard set of Small Output Gear (35 tooth) and Medium Cluster Gear (28 tooth) on AndyMark transmissions.
Gear Ratios:
35 Medium Cluster Gear : 28 Small Output Gear --> 4:1 ratio between high and low gear on an AndyMark transmission (AM Shifter, Super Shifter). The standard ratio for these same transmissions are 2.56:1. This gear provides a TALLER ratio between high and low gear on these transmissions.

This 15T 32DP steel gear is used as the input pinion gear for the EVO Shifter , EVO Slim for CIM gearboxes, and can also be used as the steering input gear for the Swerve Drive Specialties MK4 Module to allow a Falcon 500 motor to be used as the steering motor.
This pinion gear attaches to an RS-500 series motor such as the Banebots 550 Motor so it can be used with a 57 Sport Gearbox.
