Extrusion & Structure
The 32mm Pulley Plate is one of two pulley plates available in the S3 Ecosystem. Two of these plates in conjunction with standoffs, screws, and a nub create an effective and robust winch, am-3729 (coming soon).
It has a central bolt pattern for an AndyMark XL Nub (am-3441a) or the 0.770 in. bolt circle used with the Actobotics building system. The outside diameter of this plate matches the root diameter of a 24 Tooth Ninja Star Sprocket (am-3283). This allows it to be used as an idler chain guide.
Specifications:
The 64mm Pulley Plate is one of two pulley plates available in the S3 Ecosystem. Two of these plates in conjunction with standoffs, screws, and a nub create an effective and robust winch, am-3728 (coming soon).
It has a central bolt pattern for an AndyMark XL Nub (am-3441a) or the 0.770 in. bolt circle used with the Actobotics building system. There are three different bolt circles where you can attach standoffs. The different bolt circles can form different diameter pulleys from 32mm to 64mm. The outside diameter of this plate matches the root diameter of a 40 Tooth Ninja Star Sprocket (am-3285). This allows it to be used as an idler chain guide.
Specifications:
The 90 Degree Gusset is part of our S3 Ecosystem and works perfectly with the Tilerunner, S3 Tube, and all the other components in the S3 Ecosystem. The 90 Degree Gusset provides support for two tubes, 90 degrees from each other. The 90 Degree Gusset has additional holes that allow for mounting an S3 Tube at a 45 degree angle.
Specifications:
The Connector is part of our S3 Ecosystem and works perfectly with the Tilerunner, S3 Tube, and all the other components in the S3 Ecosystem. This gusset connect two tubes together in a straight line.
Specifications:
The Corner Gusset is part of our S3 Ecosystem and works perfectly with the Tilerunner, S3 Tube, and all the other components in the S3 Ecosystem. The Corner Gusset is ideal for when you want to connect a verticle component to a horizontal one.
Specifications:
The Quad gusset is part of our S3 Ecosystem and works perfectly with the Tilerunner, S3 Tube, and all the other components in the S3 Ecosystem. The Quad Gusset can be used as a Tee, Connector, or 90 Degree Gusset, but is most effective for connecting four S3 Tubes.
Specifications:
The Tee Gusset is part of our S3 Ecosystem and works perfectly with the Tilerunner, S3 Tube, and other components in the S3 Ecosystem. The Tee gusset is ideal for connecting three S3 Tubes together, two in a line and one perpendicular. The Tee gusset has additional holes allowing for 45 degree mounting.
Specifications:
The Variable Degree Gusset is part of our S3 Ecosystem and works perfectly with the Tilerunner, S3 Tube, and all the other components in the S3 Ecosystem. The Variable Degree Gusset is ideal for when you want to connect two tubes together anywhere from in line to 90 degrees from each other.
Specifications:
The Simple Super Structure Basic Framing Kit is an excellent addition to a TileRunner drive system, or to create simple, rigid and robust structures. Comprised of a larger quantity of different lengths of our custom aluminum S3 Tubing, S3 Gussets and 6-32 hardware as compared to our Expansion Framing Kit, this kit is a great bundle of parts for creating many structures for FIRST Tech Challenge robots.
Individual Components that make up this Kit:
The Simple Super Structure Expansion Framing Kit is an excellent addition to a TileRunner drive system, or to create simple, rigid and robust structures. Comprised of a variety of different lengths of our custom aluminum S3 Tubing, S3 Gussets and 6-32 hardware, this kit is a great starting point for creating structure for FIRSTTech Challenge robots.
Individual Components that make up this Kit:
The Simple Super Structure Mega Framing Kit is our largest bundle of S3 Structural components. It makes an excellent addition to a TileRunner drive system, or to create simple, rigid and robust structures. Comprised of a much larger quantity of different lengths of our custom aluminum S3 Tubing, S3 Gussets and 6-32 hardware as compared to our Expansion Framing Kit and our Basic Framing Kit, this kit is a great bundle of parts for creating many structures for FIRST Tech Challenge robots.
Individual Components that make up this Kit:
This bracket is a main structural component of the 2x1 Single Stage Elevator Bearing Kit (am-3779). This plate mounts to a carriage and a Large Bearing Plate to hold bearings, translating the load from the carriage to the uprights in a lift system.
Specifications:
This unassembled kit can be used to make a winch drum that can be powered by components with a 6mm D shaft such as a PicoBox or NeveRest. It also has the FTC 16mm bolt circle on it so you can directly drive it with a NeveRest Sport gearbox. Winch drums are usefull to coil up a string or cable that is being used to actuate a linear slide or elevator mechanism
Individual Components within Bundle:
Weight: 0.125 Pounds
This bracket allows attachment of an air cylinder to the REV Robotics 1" Extrusion.

The AndyMark Climber in a Box is a robust, lightweight, configurable and affordable solution for climbing challenges historically present in FRC end game periods. The design of Climber in a Box has been inspired by many team designs along the way including 254 and 2056. The final prototype for this climber was developed in partnership with FRC Team 3940 CyberTooth for the 2020/2021 Infinite Recharge season. This mechanism has been battle tested with hundreds of climbs on a full weight FRC Robot without failures, both in development and real match play. Available in single and two stage configurations, this product should help teams of all levels elevate their team's performance at competitions.
This product uses a "spring out, winch back" powertrain strategy, using off-the-shelf 3.5lb constant force springs to raise the included Hook Kit, and 3mm Dyneema Rope to retract it with the included Winch Kit. Simply unspool the included rope using a planetary gearbox to raise the hook(s), drive the robot up to the bar, and winch it back to elevate your robot. The AndyMark Climber in a Box does not include a motor or gearbox, but is compatible with many off-the-shelf planetary gearboxes on the market that have a 2" bolt circle mounting pattern and support a 2" long 1/2" hex output shaft, including the highly durable blue Sport Gearboxes.
The bearing kits within this product are designed to go from 2" square 1/16" wall aluminum tubing, down to a 1" square 1/16" wall tube, with a 1.5" square 1/16" wall tube in between for the 2 stage flavor of this product. A combination of durable 608 bearings and custom molded plastic components provide the bearing surfaces for a free-flowing telescoping tube mechanism with no 3D printed parts. Each stage has a maximum travel of 24.5."
The AndyMark Climber in a Box is an unassembled kit of everything you need (besides a gearmotor) that is designed to not require any precision machining in order to make your FRC robot climb. The plates included within the Hook Kit, Bearing Kits and Winch Kit are all designed to be assembled and used as drill guides for match drilling their mounting locations onto the aluminum tubes. Each tube is pre-cut to a 30" length so no cutting of the tubes is required to achieve maximum travel.
