    Powered by Grapple Robotics, the LaserCAN is a LIDAR sensor purpose-built for FRC teams! This postage-stamp sized sensor is capable of detecting objects up to 4m (13 feet!) away (or 1.35m (4.5 feet) in short range mode). It contains an adjustable FOV and Region of Interest that lets teams filter out what they do not want in a distance measuring tool.

    Colson Performa Wheels have been used extensively in BattleBots and FIRST Robotics Competitions, and are widely lauded as an intelligent choice for swerve. The durable co-injection molded construction of a thermoplastic elastomer tread permanently bonded to a polyolefin core helps ensure the wheel can withstand the rigors of robot competitions while being friendlier to non-carpeted surfaces and providing a more consistent performance throughout the life of the wheel compared to roughtop tread. 

     

    The aluminum hub is secured to the bevel gear using three screws which captures the wheel. This setup provides a simplified replacement process for heavy use during competition season.

    We are pleased to offer these new gussets that are suitable for 1" based building systems. These thoughtfully designed gussets are made from 1/8" thick 6061-T6 aluminum, which is a much stronger material than other 0.09" 5052 gussets. All of these framing gussets feature a 1" linear hole pattern, with holes suitable for either #10 screws or 3/16" rivets.

     

    On all of the angle gussets, a generous radius was used on the inside corner for maximum strength. The various angle gussets, along with the quad and tee gusset are used together to create structures and sub-assemblies for your robot. Our bearing and Sport gussets are perfect building blocks to create a massive variety of mechanisms and assemblies to suit your needs.
