Hall Effect Sensor

The Thrifty Hall Effect Sensor was designed to provide teams a low cost option for zeroing mechanisms. Simply plug the included 3-wire PWM style cable into your controller of choice (or the RIO!) and read the included magnet's digital position. This device can connect directly to the RoboRIO as well as the REV Spark Max or CTRE Talon SRX.

This sensor is a digital, active high proximity sensor that operates from 3.3V to 5V. It includes an LED illuminated when the magnet is not present which glows through the clear case for easy debugging.
