The RealCareer Employability Skills Program is an engaging, easy-to-implement program that uses hands-on activities and real-world applications to teach students 20 soft skills, from communication and interpersonal skills to time management and responsibility.

With our Online Employability Skills Program, students can practice 19 key soft skills in a self-paced, online learning environment. Based on our RealCareer Employability Skills Program, this e-learning program features real-world scenarios and activities to provide relevant soft skills practice opportunities. Each guided lesson includes automatic progress monitoring. Additionally, it enables students to submit exercises digitally to their teachers for grading and accountability. An instructor portal is also included with a guide for using the program, CTSO alignments and student completion certificates.
