The new TETRIX® Flex-Build Robot Chassis is an all-in-one set that contains everything you need to create a fully functioning base for your robot. Its TETRIX Robo-Rail structure, made from 6063 aluminum, provides a super strong and rigid frame construction. Four TorqueNADO® motors supply plenty of power for tough competition tasks. Two wheel styles are included: four Mecanum wheels and four 4" standard wheels, as well as motor mounts, axles, attachment hubs, hardware, and tools. The chassis can be assembled in several configurations so you can adapt your robot to your competition challenge demands. The Robo-Rail grid pattern enables you to fasten your robot’s scoring mechanisms such as intakes, lift arms, shooting devices, and anything else you can dream up!
Tetrix Max Servo Y Connector connects two servos to one channel.
TETRIX MAX Continuous Rotation Servo enables precise movements of robot designs. Unlike other servos that have a limited range of motion, this servo rotates continuously in either direction – as needed for wheels. This high-quality servo is designed with a wide neutral dead band to eliminate the “creep” that occurs in many other continuous rotation servos. Dual ball bearings on the output shaft ensure long-lasting performance.
Note: This servo does not have position feedback.
Add form and function to your TETRIX MAX robot with theTetrix Max; Gripper Kit. The integrated MAX hole pattern allows for a variety of mounting options, and the wide range will serve you well for picking up large items. The curved jaws and flat surfaces provide a more versatile gripping surface that can easily accommodate both round objects and flat objects. Removable gripper extension rails increase strength and versatility.
These gearboxes are designed with the same 37 mm diameter as the original 60:1 gearbox, while using the same 6 mm D-shaft and alignment pins, so getting the additional speed you need is a breeze.
This pack offers 50+ tubing structural elements, perfect for outfitting classrooms or robotics competition teams with an assortment of building and design components.
Includes:
TETRIX MAX Linear Slide Pack adds a linear-motion component to your robotics project. The rack gears – used individually or laid end to end – are attached to a TETRIX channel. The slide blocks and pinion gear go onto another channel that slides across the rack gears when powered by gears and a DC motor with motor mount, sold separately.
Includes four GF nylon rack gears, four GF nylon slide blocks, and one aluminum pinion gear.
This pack offers 70 additional structural elements, perfect for outfitting classrooms or robotics competition teams with an assortment of building and design components.
This pack offers a comprehensive assortment of the advanced gearing mechanisms available in the building system. Featuring 48 total elements, this parts pack enables students to take their exploration of transmission and motion to a whole new level.
Allen Wrench L-Key Set feature a ProHold tip to make screwing and unscrewing faster and easier – even when the screw is at an awkward angle. Made of high-torque steel.
Comes in the following inch sizes: .050, 1/16, 5/64, 3/32, 7/64, 1/8, 9/64, and 5/32.
This motor controller connects to the PRIZM expansion port, enabling users to control up to two additional 12-volt DC motors. Up to four motor controllers can be connected to the PRIZM expansion port. There are two H-bridge outputs to control the speed and direction of two DC motors and two quadrature encoder input ports. Additional power and expansion ports support daisy-chain configurations.
Supported programming languages include Arduino and EV3. The motor controller can be connected to the LEGO EV3 Brick. Software blocks can be downloaded from the Resources tab below.
