TETRIX MAX Continuous Rotation Servo enables precise movements of robot designs. Unlike other servos that have a limited range of motion, this servo rotates continuously in either direction – as needed for wheels. This high-quality servo is designed with a wide neutral dead band to eliminate the “creep” that occurs in many other continuous rotation servos. Dual ball bearings on the output shaft ensure long-lasting performance.
Note: This servo does not have position feedback.
TETRIX MAX Battery Clips provide a safe and sturdy housing unit for the TETRIX battery pack.
Axle Spacers are handy when you need a little space between wheels, gears, and other elements on axles.
Tetrix Max Hex Key Pack comes with all four sizes of Hex Keys needed for TETRIX hex pieces. Includes one each of 7/64", 3/32", 1/16", and 5/64" keys.
Add form and function to your TETRIX MAX robot with theTetrix Max; Gripper Kit. The integrated MAX hole pattern allows for a variety of mounting options, and the wide range will serve you well for picking up large items. The curved jaws and flat surfaces provide a more versatile gripping surface that can easily accommodate both round objects and flat objects. Removable gripper extension rails increase strength and versatility.
The new TETRIX® Flex-Build Robot Chassis is an all-in-one set that contains everything you need to create a fully functioning base for your robot. Its TETRIX Robo-Rail structure, made from 6063 aluminum, provides a super strong and rigid frame construction. Four TorqueNADO® motors supply plenty of power for tough competition tasks. Two wheel styles are included: four Mecanum wheels and four 4" standard wheels, as well as motor mounts, axles, attachment hubs, hardware, and tools. The chassis can be assembled in several configurations so you can adapt your robot to your competition challenge demands. The Robo-Rail grid pattern enables you to fasten your robot’s scoring mechanisms such as intakes, lift arms, shooting devices, and anything else you can dream up!
The TETRIX PRIZM Robotics Controller is a fully integrated, programmable brain for your bot that features a variety of motor, servo, encoder, and sensor ports with convenient connectors that enable you to control your robot's behavior like never before. This controller offers the best of both worlds – a learning tool that is powerful yet easy to use. With PRIZM you can take learning to new heights by creating robots that are smarter, more precise, and as real world as it gets.
The controller is specifically developed for use with theTetrix Max; building system and comes with programming support for theArduino Software (IDE), which is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X 10.7 or newer, and Linux devices that have a USB port.
The PRIZM Robotics Controller features:
TETRIX MAX Quarter-Scale HS-755HB Servo Motor with Horn offers a whopping 183 oz-inches of torque, 180-degree rotation, and superior strength and performance. Perfect for robot builds that require more power and durability. The servo features Karbonite gears that offer incredible toughness and strength. Attach this Quarter-Scale Servo to your TETRIX robot with ease with one of our new Quarter-Scale Servo Mounting Brackets.
Each servo includes one TETRIX Aluminum Servo Horn.
485 Servo Pack is one of the best choices for rugged robotic applications. This servo’s great performance and durability are a combination of karbonite gears, high-performance circuitry, and a ball bearing-supported output shaft. Karbonite gearing is nearly four times stronger than nylon gears and provides virtually wear-free performance. Standard rotational range is 90 degrees, but it can be operated to 180 degrees with controllers capable of generating a pulse range from 600 usec to 2400 usec. Produces nearly 84 oz-in of torque power.
Axle Set Collars lock a rotating axle to secure the horizontal alignment.
Made of aluminum, the Studica Clamping Shaft Hub is used with flex and drive wheels
