Thrifty Swerve is an omni-directional swerve module designed for FRC.  It works with motors either inverted or non-inverted and has a number of advantages for teams. Battle tested by teams 1706 and 1684 during the entire 2024 season, this module strives to provide teams an affordable, flexible and robust option that will serve you well on the playing field.

Features include:

• All steel gear speed reduction for azimuth and drive - no belts

• 6 gear ratio options included - swappable without module disassembly

• Thrifty Absolute Magnetic Encoder included

• Extra 10-32 threaded mounting holes on the main and top plates

• Base plate made from 7075 Aluminum

• Inverted motors located fully above the bottom frame rail protecting them

• No 3D printed parts

• Symmetrical design allows for azimuth placement on either side
