Child Care Experience Program - 4-Baby Package

Realityworks RealCare Baby 3 is the result of 20 years of Realityworks' product development. As such, it is the world's most advanced infant simulator. The RealCare Baby is the only infant simulator with wireless programming and reporting functionality. Students will interact with the baby by soothing it when it cries, and receive notification that its needs have been met by with soft cooing response. The RealCare infant holds user accountable by tracking, measuring and reporting on its level of care. This experiential tool has a lasting impact in lessons on teen pregnancy prevention, health occupation skills, child abuse prevention, sex education, child development and much more!

Created from the RealCare Curricula, this workbook is intended to be used with the RealCare Baby Experience. The workbook contains a compilation of activities that bring to life lessons on parenting, child care careers, as well as infant care skills.

The Child Care Experience™ (CCE) is a complete simulation involving hardware, software, and curriculum to provide a capstone project for early childhood education pathway programs. It offers the most realistic childcare simulation possible. Each student participates in an in-class simulation during which they manage the care of multiple infants simultaneously.

During a simulation experience, users:

• Determine whether the Babies need feeding, burping, rocking, changing, soothing, or to be saved from choking
• Log all care events in the Baby Care Journal
• Handle the infants correctly and respond to their needs
• Manage multiple infants simultaneously
• Respond to random infant health and parent communication scenarios

Child Care Experience software can:

• Track child abuse; successful, attempted, or missed care; notes logged in the Baby Care Journal; responses to random scenarios; and which student addressed each Care Event
• Customize simulations to the difficulty level and experience desired for each individual or group completing the simulation
• Receive detailed assessment reports

The 3-Month Child Care Experience Baby is meant for use with the Child Care Experience™. This simulator can help users understand how to care for an infant and functions as a standalone infant CPR trainer when paired with the Child Care Experience software.

The Preemie Baby is a non-electronic manikin simulating a preterm infant born at 30 weeks. Help students, caregivers, and parents-to-be understand the unique challenges and, sometimes complicated, medical problems often associated with preterm birth.

This portable, single storage case keeps a single RealCare Baby® and supplies (bottle, diaper, ID and clothing) organized and charged. It stacks conveniently with other RealCare Baby Single Storage Cases. It also includes a label insert on the outside of the case to clearly label each Baby. Each case includes links for quick access to curricula and support resources.

This small supply pack features several outfits for RealCare Baby, including sleepers and outwear. The clothing contains sensors that work with RealCare Baby 3’s clothing detection feature.
