The EVO Shifter for RedLine is our newest edition of the EVO Shifter, AndyMark's next EVOloution of a shifting transmission gearbox for competition robots. Its design was developed from the lessons learned during our experience using the AM Shifter since 2004, the Super Shifter since 2007, and the Sonic Shifter since 2013. This transmission is a two-speed, shift-on-the-fly gearbox, using an improved 4-tooth dog shifting method. For this version, the gearbox accepts up to four 775 class motors, such as the AndyMark RedLine Motor. No servo shifting is available with this shifter. This transmission is shipped assembled, but without the RedLine Motors installed, even if the motors are ordered with the gearbox.

This 40 tooth gear and 6mm Collar Clamp is intended to be installed onto a NeveRest Motor (am-3104) without any gearbox or pinion attached to the motor shaft. This gear can also be used with any motor with a 0.125 in. output shaft.

Sometimes, you just need a winch! Our Afterburner Winch Kit mounts easily to the Rocketbox PTO to provide an additional 15:24 reduction and a ~1.5in. winch drum for your robot's needs. This winch bolts onto the the RocketBox and interfaces with the Mechanism Output Shaft of the gearbox via a sprocket and chain reduction to provide a winching solution for various mechanisms. This winch also features an integrated lock-out plate and cylinder to create a locking, non-backdrivable winch solution. This allows your robot to save weight by using your drive motors for high-load tasks like retracting a climber or cocking back a shooter in situations where you don't need to drive at the same time. You can also pop in 2 hex bearings and drive the input sprocket with any hex shaft. 

This new kit features the 4 tooth dog found in the EVO with a new 4 tooth lockout plate, as well as a pre-made chain loop so that this is as fully assembled as possible letting you hit the ground running as soon as you open the box.

This component attaches to a CIM Motor (am-0255) and secures to the housing and input stage for a CIM Sport Gearbox. To use this motor block the CIM shaft will have to be cut 1 in. shorter in order to fit inside the gearbox.

This motor plate accepts one or two AndyMark 775 RedLine Motors (am-3775) for use in a DeCIMate Gearbox (am-3745). This plate forms the structure of the DeCIMate gearbox along with the Output Plate for DeCIMate (am-3692).

This output plate forms the structure of the DeCIMate Gearbox (am-3745) along with the DeCIMate Motor Plate (am-3693). This plate mimics the mounting features of a CIM motor meaning anywhere you could mount a CIM, there too the DeCIMate can go.

The dog gear has 4 dogs on each face. This allows more material around the dog gear screw, increasing strength over previous designs. A robust 1/8" diameter shoulder screw replaces the previously used #4-40 screw. The dog gear material is AMPCO® 18 Bronze. This material has similar properties to stainless steel (previously used), but has added lubricity for smooth shifting.

This solid block aluminum housing houses the components that make up the LJ Bevel Box (am-2622).

The NeveRest 40 gearbox is the cutting edge gearbox found on the NeveRest 40 gearmotor. If you wish to change out the gearbox on an existing NeveRest gearmotor this is a drop in replacement gearbox. Screws are included with the gearbox.
