Metric drag racing is an excellent way to motivate students while they design, construct, and race their own CO2 dragsters. This Getting Started package includes everything you need to launch your students’ program: materials to build and finish 50 student dragsters.

Tetrix Prime; Battery Mount Bracket makes it easy to mount battery packs to your robotic designs. Features two heavy-duty plastic clips that are used together with a bungee band to tie down the Tetrix Prime; Battery Pack. An extra band is included.
Tetrix Prime Beam Attachment Hub can be used to attach a 6 mm shaft through an aluminum beam to form a pivot. Made of acetal plastic. Requires Tetrix Prime; Thumbscrews and Socket Head Cap Screws, sold separately.
Tetrix Prime Beam End Connectors are used to join a beam end to a beam side at a 90° angle. Made of acetal plastic; requires Quick Rivets and Pegs and a Thumbscrew (all sold separately).
Tetrix Prime Beam Extension Connectors bring together two square aluminum beams end to end without adding any space between. Made of ABS plastic; requires Quick Rivets and Pegs or Thumbscrews and Wing Nuts (all sold separately).
Tetrix Prime; Beam Straight Connectors connects two square aluminum beams end to end, adding one beam width in between. Made of ABS plastic; requires Quick Rivets and Pegs or Thumbscrews and Wing Nuts (all sold separately).
Tetrix Prime 6mm(ID) x 9mm(L) Bronze Bushings keep things running smoothly on your robotic creation. Sized for the Tetrix Prime; system, these 9 mm by 6 mm bronze bushings are lightly lubricated to reduce friction on axles.
The TETRIX PRIME Class Pack serves 12 teams of two students, offering each pair of students their own Tetrix Prime; R/C Starter Set to work with. Using the sets and the instructions from the included builder’s guide, students work collaboratively to engineer fully functioning, remote-controlled robots.

Tetrix Prime Gripper Kit enables you to build a gripper for your Tetrix Prime; robot. After it is built, the gripper can easily be added to a robot, using a thumbscrew and wing nut. Gripper jaws open to 63 mm to pick up objects. Comes with necessary hardware and screws. Requires assembly and a standard servo, sold separately.
