Powerpole Distribution Board (No Fuses or Breakers)

    Call for your exact configuration

You won't find a better power distribution setup than this board. Use it for testing intakes, arms, testing full robots, and more!

The best in simple power distribution is here. This board features six individually fused outputs, accepting auto-resetting 30 Amp fuses or auto-resetting breakers like am-4112. The input and outputs use 45 amp Anderson Powerpole connectors, allowing for easy and quick connections. Large copper traces allowing for plenty of currents to all outputs.

This board doesn't look the same! You're right, we've made several improvements to this amazing board. Improvements to the case are also included!

    • The number of outputs increased from five to SIX.
    • Fuse holding connectors now feature support hardware making fuse swaps even more reliable.
    • The case is printed out of rigid PETG in two halves for easy assembly.
    • Two mounting holes sized for 10-32 screws are three inches apart. Use these to secure your board anywhere with cable ties or strong hardware to perforated polycarbonate sheets.
    • Four mounting holes sized for 6-32 holes on a 64mm x 32mm grid perfect for mounting to S3 or other FIRST Tech Challenge ecosystem components.

6 Gauge 12 Inch Battery Cable - Flexible EPDM Insulation

    #am-4483
    $25.00
    (22 In stock)

Tip-to-tip length is approximately 12.6 inches. Want it longer or shorter? We offer this cable in custom lengths! Both end connectors are crimped with a 6-ton pneumatic crimping tool. One end has connections to attach to the battery and the other has an SB50 Anderson Connector. This cable is resistant to oil, most acids, grease, and even abrasion! That's a TOUGH cable.

Which do you prefer a stiff cable or a flexible cable? No matter your choice we have the best option in either camp. PVC insulated cables create a stiff wire route maintaining shape for repeatable connections. EPDM jacketed cables cand bend and twist to accommodate tight spaces and small places.

    Voltage Regulator Module

    #am-2857
    $90.00
    (2 In stock)

NOTE: This product is not included in any Sales or Discounts.

The Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) is a DC to DC convertor that is capable of both boost and buck voltage regulation. The device features two independent SEPIC (Single Ended Primary-inductor Converter) regulators allowing the input voltage to be above or below the desired output voltage. There are two regulators (one 5V and one 12V) each with two current limiting PTC’s (500mA and 2A). Reverse polarity protection is included.

The VRM has been used in the 2015-2021 FIRST Robotics Competition Kit of Parts.  As of Sept 10, 2020 according to FIRST blog these will continue to remain competition legal in future years.

    AM Robot Signal Light

    #am-3583
    $79.95
    (In stock)

Our Robot Signal Light is designed to work with the robo-RIO's RSL port to provide a quick visual indicator of robot status. This is not the 855PB-B12ME522 light specified by R70 of the 2017 FIRST Robotics Competition manual, but it does provide similar functionality.

We're offering this product so teams can use all the diagnostic features of the robo-RIO at an affordable price when legality and compactness isn't a priority. Our light housing is larger, and it is wired with two spade connectors. There is no polarity on the light housing, so it is not possible to wire backwards.

To wire this light, we recommend our 2-wire cable (am-2133) and either soldering to the spade connections or using a female spade connector available separately.

    Specifications:

    • Weight: 0.1085 pounds without lead wires
    • Height: 3.23 in. from top of dome to bottom of mounting stem
    • Dome height: 2.09 in.
    • Dome diameter: 2.24 in.
