Pressure Relief Valve

This is a pneumatic push-to-connect male elbow fitting. The port is a 1/8" NPT male thread, and 1/4" diameter tube can be pressed in to the push-to-connect fitting.

This is a pneumatic meter-out flow control valve. The port is a 1/8" NPT male thread, and 1/4" diameter tube can be pressed in to the push-to-connect fitting.
 

Meter-out allows for the flow to be controlled in one direction, while the opposite flow is not restricted.

Shaft Compatability

This coupling has geometry to capture 0.50-inch hex shafts with an inside hex of 0.51 to 0.52 inches as well as 0.5 inch keyed shafts with a 1/8th inch keyway with a keyway width of 0.128 inches to 0.131 inches.

For smaller mechanisms, we recommend using our 5/8 square box tube that is also compatible with our S3 line of brackets and gussets.

This is a plastic air tank accumulator holding 574 ml, manufactured by Clippard.

This black plastic tank has been improved over the last white plastic design from Clippard. Each end now has molded in plastic push-in fittings. These eliminate the need to have metal fittings to be screwed in to the tank, and omits the uncertainty of over-tightening a fitting into the tank.
