Extrusion & Structure
This bracket makes up part of the Intake System Kit. The system as a whole brings game objects into a robot. This individual bracket can be mounted to your robot and used in a number of different ways as a support for PG gearboxes, Sport Gearboxes, CIM motors or 1.125 in. Bearings. It includes C-C spacing for a 55 tooth timing belt or a 64T (total) 20DP gear pair.

This bearing plate is a great way to mount 1.125 in. OD (FR8) into thin or weak material that otherwise could not tolerate or support a press-fit.

Peanut Extrusion is the 1"x1" installment of our easy-to-use structure system. The profile of this extrusion looks like a peanut, and has two holes sized for 1/4-20 thread-forming screws. The added mid-spans are positioned to flank a pair of bolts that self thread into an adjoining piece pf Peanut Extrusion. These spans prevent the extrusion from getting crushed by over-tightening. Enjoy the ease of creating rigid corner joints without gussets, with a closed profile that prevents dust and debris build up. Whether you are making a table in your shop or a strong frame for a robot, this extrusion is the one for you!
Walnut Extrusion is the 2"x1" iteration of the Peanut profile.

Don't see what you need?
This kit is a tried and tested addition to the Climber in a Box. It is used as a secondary bracing point between the outermost piece of extrusion and the robot that the Climber is attached to. It also has mounting holes to accept our Peanut Extrusion, which can be used to brace two Climber arms together across a robot.

This single Bearing Block is the cornerstone of our West Coast Drive Style Bearing Block Kit. It is made to work with a flanged bearing that has a 1.125" OD, like our 1/2" Hex HD Bearing. This product is just one plate available for replacing other blocks as needed.

This Structure Kit paired with our Hook kit, provides a passive means for a robot to hang on the Low Rung or Mid Rung. No motors or air cylinders are required for those sweet sweet end-game points! This Structure kit contains various aluminum extrusions, brackets, and all the hardware you will need to mount the hooks to your robot at the appropriate height.
This structure kit creates an A-frame-style structure to secure the hooks in space and ties the frame to the AM14U5 or AM14U4. This structure kit is designed with the long configuration in mind as that's the most commonly seen. If you are using a wider style chassis, longer churro than what is provided will be needed, and some cuts will be different. Pay close attention to your weight distribution when considering this hook kit. Unbalanced robots which are suspended, may come to rest on the floor and not receive end-game points.

This Hook Kit paired with our structure kit, provides a passive means for a robot to hang on the Low Rung or Mid Rung. No motors or air cylinders are required for those sweet sweet end-game points! This hook kit contains four polycarbonate hooks, surgical tubing for spring force, and the perfect quantity of hardware to mount these hooks together and to a structure kit.
The surgical tubing provides tension on the hooks keeping them within the starting configuration size, and after deploying holds them in position. When the end game rolls around, drive into the Low Rung with the low hook for a Low Rung hang or drive the hook flats into the Low Rung to toggle them into their second position for a Mid Rung Hang! Pay close attention to your weight distribution when considering this hook kit. Unbalanced robots which are suspended, may come to rest on the floor and not receive end-game points.

This is the Rope used in the AndyMark Climber in a Box. With a tensile strength of 2,500 lbs and a 1/8 in. thickness, this rope is perfect for an FRC elevator or winch system (or whatever else you find it to be useful for. It's a strong rope. You can do a lot with it.
