This is the 8 in. SmoothGrip wheel. In 2010, the Gray 80A Durometer version was provided in the FRC Kit of Parts under the name "FIRST Wheel". No bearings are included.
New for 2021, you can now select a Blue 50A Durometer for maximum traction, or a Black 60A Durometer option.

We are pleased to offer these new gussets that are suitable for 1" based building systems. These thoughtfully designed gussets are made from 1/8" thick 6061-T6 aluminum, which is a much stronger material than other 0.09" 5052 gussets. All of these framing gussets feature a 1" linear hole pattern, with holes suitable for either #10 screws or 3/16" rivets.
On all of the angle gussets, a generous radius was used on the inside corner for maximum strength. The various angle gussets, along with the quad and tee gusset are used together to create structures and sub-assemblies for your robot. Our bearing and Sport gussets are perfect building blocks to create a massive variety of mechanisms and assemblies to suit your needs.

This is the "500EX Hex Hub" the bore is a 1/2" Hex Hole. It is a slightly different version of the 500 Hex Hub. It is manufactured differently, as it is extruded. Also, there is a 1.124" diameter boss on each side of the hub flange, providing a location for 1.125" bore flat sprockets. Are you having a hard time keeping your sprocket concentric with your hub? The AM Mag Encoder is designed for a wide range of uses. This is the fastest encoder AndyMark sells with a rating of ~30,000 RPM. It features a 1024 quadrature encoder output, an index pulse, and a pulse width varied position output. The board provides mounting for M3 screws, spaced 1 in. apart. With the RedLine Encoder Kit (am-3773), this encoder can be added to any 775 motor with a 5mm back shaft, such as the AndyMark RedLine Motor. Specifications:
Churro is a versatile extruded aluminum hex profile. The outside of this part is a 1/2 in. hex with small concave dimples which act as weight savings. There is an inside hole is sized at 0.2 in. in order to fit 1/4-20 thread forming screws. No tapping or threading is needed, as long as a thread forming screw is used. The outside hex size fits a 1/2 in. wrench or socket. The 3-foot churro, our most popular length and the best value on shipping, is available anodized in red, blue, purple, gold and black to dress up your robot. Anodized finish is hardy and doesn't flake off or add thickness like paint, but it is possible for a scratch to expose the bare metal beneath. Take basic precautions in your shop like watching for sharp tools or overtightening this churro in a vise.Specifications:

These aluminum box extrusions are robust and lightweight solutions for custom robot frames, superstructures and mechanism construction. Made to all of your favorite English sizes, the classic 2x1 thin wall tubing is now joined by its thicker-walled counterpart. We have also introduced two thicknesses of 1x1 sizes that teams know and love to build their medium-sized mechanisms.
For smaller mechanisms, we recommend using our 5/8 square box tube that is also compatible with our S3 line of brackets and gussets.
