Expand your robot's capabilities and build easier with the Thrifty Grid Pattern Aluminum Extrusion.
Tubes are 47" long. Holes are 5mm (.197) in diameter with 1/2" grid spacing. Material is 6061 T-6 aluminum.

QTY 1 - 36 Inch Long 1/2" Rounded Hex Shaft - 7075 Aluminum
A staple in any robotics team's shop - the 1/2" rounded hex shaft. This shaft allows you to drive hubs, pulleys and other 1/2" hex broached items while also fitting into a 13.75mm ID bearing with ease. This shaft comes in lengths of 36 inches so you can cut them down to the size you need.
Available in both 7075 (anodized black) or 6061 (not anodized) variants.
Includes a hole sized for #10 taps.

QTY 2 - 2 Inch Vertical Mount Plate
These 4mm thick aluminum 6061 plates mount to grid pattern tubing easily and can be used in multiple applications. They have a 2" center to center distance between the two 1.125" bearing holes and also include 1.875" bolt circle mounting holes as well. All small holes are 5mm in diameter, perfect for 3/16 rivets or #10 bolts.

25 Feet - Bonded 18 AWG Flexible Silicone Jacketed Wire
This bonded black and red 18 AWG wire is silicone jacketed, making it incredibly flexible and a great choice for your FRC robot's compressor.
Comes in spools of 25 feet each. This wire consists of .08mm tinned copper with a strand count of 150. Spool weight is .43 pounds.
This bonded wire cleanly separates and leaves no residue on the opposite wire when split.
25 Feet - Bonded 22 AWG Flexible Silicone Jacketed Wire
This bonded black, red & white 22 AWG wire is silicone jacketed, making it incredibly flexible and a great choice for your FRC robot's sensors.
Comes in spools of 25 feet each. This wire consists of .08mm tinned copper with a strand count of 60. Spool weight is .3 lbs.
This bonded wire cleanly separates and leaves no residue on the opposite wire when split.
