These adapters are intended to be a high strength solution to adapt the Falcon Spline to any product that has a 1/2 in hex bore. This product includes the correct size washers to retain items along the hex shaft, as well as a thread-patch 8-32 screw to be used in conjunction with spacers included with the Falcon 500 motor to retain motion hardware.
The AndyMark Climber in a Box is a robust, lightweight, configurable and affordable solution for climbing challenges historically present in FRC end game periods. The design of Climber in a Box has been inspired by many team designs along the way including 254 and 2056. The final prototype for this climber was developed in partnership with FRC Team 3940 CyberTooth for the 2020/2021 Infinite Recharge season. This mechanism has been battle tested with hundreds of climbs on a full weight FRC Robot without failures, both in development and real match play. Available in single and two stage configurations, this product should help teams of all levels elevate their team's performance at competitions.
This product uses a "spring out, winch back" powertrain strategy, using off-the-shelf 3.5lb constant force springs to raise the included Hook Kit, and 3mm Dyneema Rope to retract it with the included Winch Kit. Simply unspool the included rope using a planetary gearbox to raise the hook(s), drive the robot up to the bar, and winch it back to elevate your robot. The AndyMark Climber in a Box does not include a motor or gearbox, but is compatible with many off-the-shelf planetary gearboxes on the market that have a 2" bolt circle mounting pattern and support a 2" long 1/2" hex output shaft, including the highly durable blue Sport Gearboxes.
The bearing kits within this product are designed to go from 2" square 1/16" wall aluminum tubing, down to a 1" square 1/16" wall tube, with a 1.5" square 1/16" wall tube in between for the 2 stage flavor of this product. A combination of durable 608 bearings and custom molded plastic components provide the bearing surfaces for a free-flowing telescoping tube mechanism with no 3D printed parts. Each stage has a maximum travel of 24.5."
The AndyMark Climber in a Box is an unassembled kit of everything you need (besides a gearmotor) that is designed to not require any precision machining in order to make your FRC robot climb. The plates included within the Hook Kit, Bearing Kits and Winch Kit are all designed to be assembled and used as drill guides for match drilling their mounting locations onto the aluminum tubes. Each tube is pre-cut to a 30" length so no cutting of the tubes is required to achieve maximum travel.

This upgrade kit for the AM14U4 is to make it easy to add up to four Falcon 500 motors to the Toughbox Mini, or Toughbox Micro gearboxes in your AM14U4 chassis. We've also included the correctly sized hardware to retain the motor into the gearbox without damaging the internal rotor, as well as the right screw to retain the 14T spline bore gear on the Falcon 500's spline shaft.
Note: This upgrade kit is specifically for Toughbox series gearboxes with a 14T-50T 20DP first stage. It is not compatible with the EVO family of gearboxes. This upgrade kit does not include the Falcon 500 motors.
Parts Include:
This winch kit is the included winch in the Climber in a Box kit. This winch kit is available in two flavours - one compatible to be installed outside of 2" square box tube (found within our 2 Stage Climber in a Box,) and the other for 1.5" square box tube (found within our 1 Stage Climber in a Box.) These kits come with everything you need to make a winch with your own planetary gearbox or supplied powertrain.
Note: Your powertrain solution must include a 2" long 1/2" hex shaft as it's output, and be compatible with the 2" diameter bolt circle face mount interface that the winch plate is designed around. These features are found on our Blue Sport Gearboxes with an additional 2" long output shaft.

Each CONE (am-4700_syc) is a yellow 1 ft. ¹³⁄₁₆ in. (~33 cm) tall rubber marker cone and weighs 1lb 7oz (~653 g). Each CONE has an 8⅜ in. (~21 cm) +/- ⅛in. (~3 mm) square base with ¼ in. (~7 mm) tall feet.
Each CUBE (am-4700_bpc) is made of purple PVC fabric and is marked with a FIRST logo. The CUBE is a cube-like shape, inflated to 9 ½ in. (~24 cm) +/- ¼ in. (~6 mm) as measured from face to face, but these ship deflated. A CUBE has rounded corners, may not have flat surfaces, and the length, width, and height of the sides may not be equal dimensions. A CUBE weighs 2.5 oz (~71 g).
The Cube Measurement Jig (am-4700_cmj) is a tool developed by FIRST to calibrate CUBE inflation at events. The appropriate range for CUBE inflation is between when the cube can lift the jig off the ground due to it's inflation, and when the cube touches both sides of the jig at the same time. The total weight of the jig is important in determining the minimum bound.

These Hinges are at the heart of the CHARGE STATION as seen on the 2023 FIRST® Robotics Competition game CHARGED UP℠, presented by Haas.
They come fully assembled and ready to bolt onto your home built Charge Node to replicate its motion as realistically as possible.
Each official CHARGE STATION uses 4 hinges, but we have 2 packs for teams to replicate part of a CHARGE STATION for individual practice.

This kit is a part of the 2024 Everybot by Team 118. Designed to intake rings with ease, this simple kit can help any team create a more competitive robot.
AndyMark is happy to be working with Team 118 and their incredible Everybot team to make this intake available to all teams. The Everybot is an affordable, competitive, and elegant robot that can be created from accessible materials and tools. We are honored to be working directly on the Everybot project as we have admired the ambition and the team behind it since its beginning.
Note: This kit comes with a steel rod to support the Note in the intake. AndyMark recommends covering the rod in a high visibility material (tape, paint, etc.) to aid in alignment and prevent surface rusting.
This kit is equivalent to the FRC Kit of Parts KitBot. In conjunction with an AM14U5 drive train, and two additional motor controllers, these items can create a robot that can play some aspects of CRESCENDO℠. It’s also been designed so teams can build the KitBot and then further iterate on it to add additional features if they choose. Teams will still need basic power tools (drills, saws, etc.) in order to build this robot.
The options here are configured per what teams can opt in or out of in the KOP. KitBot documentation will be available to all teams, and many of the items from the Black Tote that are used to build the KitBot are components that Veteran teams likely already have on hand or can easily replicate.
NOTE: While the Black Tote does include two motor controllers we opted to not include them in either of our bundles due to the high cost, and high likelihood that teams will have extra brushed speed controllers available to use.
