This kit is the perfect addition to a Sport Gearbox to control back drive. This all-metal ratchet assembly is as rock solid and easy to use as the Sport gearboxes it works with. In fact, you can even add it to an already installed gearbox without changing the motor or the gearbox. Just detach the motor, add the ratchet to it, and reattach the assembly.
The ratchet was designed from the ground up with releasability in mind, meaning you can release the ratchet UNDER LOAD in just about any application you can come up with, including supporting a full weight FRC robot without having to lift any of the weight off! This also opens up a whole new set of potential mechanism applications as there is an off-the-shelf solution for easy in-match actuation via a small air cylinder.
This product can be set to lock either clockwise or counterclockwise depending on how it is assembled. Check out the assembly instructions at the bottom of the page for more details.

You asked, we listened! These 3" diameter HD (heavy-duty) solid-core Compliant Wheels are intended for manipulating objects where you need a little 'give' in your intake system. These wheels deform out of the way to allow rigid objects to be manipulated easily. This makes for high-performance intakes and internal conveyors. These wheels do not require the use of expensive hubs to be driven, thanks to their integrated high strength polycarbonate hubs - which are made from the same mold that creates our Hex Molded Spacers.
Different durometer ratings give each wheel unique characteristics. Green compliant wheels (35A durometer) are the softest and most compliant around objects, while maroon (45A) blue (50A) and black (60A) wheels are increasingly firm.

The Sushi Roller Intake Wheels are an excellent choice for robot intakes, internal conveyors, feeder mechanisms, or anywhere you need a durable, compact and grippy roller. These rollers are made with a robust polycarbonate hex bore hub, so no external hub is necessary - just slide them onto a hex shaft, constrain them axially and you are good to go. Available in a range of durometers for a wide variety of applications, these cute little rollers are great for getting a grip on things!
A staple in any robotics team's shop - the 1/2" rounded hex shaft. This shaft allows you to drive hubs, pulleys and other 1/2" hex broached items while also fitting into a 13.75mm ID bearing with ease. This shaft comes in lengths of 36 inches so you can cut them down to the size you need.

These aluminum sprockets work perfectly with any of our 6 hole hubs and mesh with #25 roller chain. They also work with other build systems that use a 2 in. bolt circle for mounting. The larger versions also have a mounting pattern compatible with 2x1 box tube usefull for making arms.
This shaft is an optional part that be used in the 57 Sport Gearbox, as well as the CIM Sport Gearbox. If your application requires a longer output shaft you can disassemble the 57 Sport or CIM Sport and swap for this shaft.

This bonded black, red & white 22 AWG wire is silicone jacketed, making it incredibly flexible and a great choice for your FRC robot's sensors.
Comes in spools of 25 feet each. This wire consists of .08mm tinned copper with a strand count of 60. Spool weight is .3 lbs.

This is the 42 tooth pulley used in the AM14U family of chassis. It works with all 5 mm pitch HTD timing belts. This pulley has a 1.875 in. bolt circle making it easy to attach to many of our motion components. It also has a locking pattern that is compatible with many of our wheels.This pulley comes as two identical halves that mesh with each other to create one pulley that is the correct width for a 15 mm timing belt.Need to have two 15 mm belts on one pulley? Add in the 15 mm wide, 42 Tooth Pulley Extension (am-2813) and you can run two belts in two different directions.
