The MINI® Fuse is the standard for vehicle circuit protection. Its miniature design meets the need for more circuits to be protected while utilizing less space, and its ability to cope with high temperatures in adverse environments makes the MINI® Fuse of recommended choice for protection.
This mini fuse can be used in our Power Pole Distribution Board (am-3699), as well as a replacement in the Power Distribution Panel (am-2856)
This 20 Amp fuse is used in FIRST Tech Challenge batteries and the FIRST Robotics Competition Power Distribution Panel (am-2856). Specifications:
This is a heavy-duty compression lug from BURNDY for 06 AWG wire. This compression log can be easily crimped with the Cable Lug Crimping Tool.
Pneumatic fitting with M5 threads and 1/4" push-in tubing port This fitting screws into a CKD single or double solenoid valve. Specifications:
1/2 inch external retaining ring, used in the RAW Box. Specifications:
Snap action breakers are used commonly in mobile robot applications such as FIRST Robotics Competition power distribution boards. We offer several amperage versions.
This Inline Chain Tensioner for #35 series roller chain is perfect to adjust the desired tension in a long run of chain on mechanisms such as elevators and arms. This is ideal where there is at least a ~3" section of chain that never passes over a sprocket in a given mechanism. Pair this with two #35 Master Links and integrate this to your robot for an easy-to-use chain tension solution!
The design of this product was inspired by Misumi's Chain Turnbuckles. This product has been improved to be compatible with imperial-sized wrenches.

These custom designed collar clamps have been designed specifically with FIRST Robotics Competition teams in mind. The one-piece collar clamp is a nice fractional 1/2 in. width to make shaft stackups easy. The clamping force is provided by a 10-32 socket head screw, which is bigger than most used in the competition marketplace. This provides a high-strength clamping solution that shouldn't strip out when you need it most. You can even replace the 10-32 screw if it becomes lost with the screws historically used in the AM14U family of chassis. These thoughtfully designed collar clamps also have small bosses on each side. This allows these collar clamps to be installed directly adjacent to an FR8ZZ Round or FR8ZZ Hex bearing without rubbing on the outer races for smooth operation.
