Robotics
This is the Gear Driven by the Worm Pinion Gear that rotates the Output Shaft in the Worm Gearbox.
Specifications:
The Studica Flat Beam is 3mm thick and 8mm wide. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.
Specifications:
The Studica Low Profile U Channel is 3mm thick and has a 48mm x 14mm profile.
The Studica Square Beam is 8mm by 8mm. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. This is a PWM cable, also known as a "servo extension cable." 22 gauge wire is used in these cables. Universal servo connectors are on each end, with a female connector on one end and a male on the other.
Note: Product received may vary from image shown. Some cables may ship with a separate protective housing on the male end of the cable. If this housing interferes with your application it can be removed with a small screwdriver gently inserted between the connector and the housing.

Four Gauge wire can be used for main power between your batteries, main breaker and power distribution on your FRC Robots. The thinner 6 gauge wire has been common for some time in competition robotics wiring, however, with this larger 4 gauge wire you can prolong breaker life thanks to lower resistance, larger, and more flexible wire.
