The dog gear has 4 dogs on each face. This allows more material around the dog gear screw, increasing strength over previous designs. A robust 1/8" diameter shoulder screw replaces the previously used #4-40 screw. The dog gear material is AMPCO® 18 Bronze. This material has similar properties to stainless steel (previously used), but has added lubricity for smooth shifting.
This conversion plate acts as a hub between larger motion components featuring a 1.875" bolt circle to components of a smaller mounting circle such as a NeveRest Gearmotor. The bore of this plate fits shafts that are familiar to FIRST Tech Challenge teams.

This 12 tooth pinion gear is designed to fit onto an AndyMark RedLine Motor (am-3775) and other motors with a 5 mm output shaft to interface with spur gearboxes such as the DeCIMate (am-3745), EVO Slim for RedLine and EVO Shifter for RedLine.
Miter gears are a special class of bevel gears where the shafts intersect at 90° and the gear ratio is 1:1. This miter gear has a .500" hex bore, making it perfect for interfacing with many popular products in the competition robotics marketplace.
Miter gears are a special class of bevel gears where the shafts intersect at 90° and the gear ratio is 1:1. This miter gear has a 8mm bore with a 2mm keyway, fitting perfectly on a CIM motor shaft.
