The Studica Fast Multi-Mode Smart Servo features all-steel gears and large amounts of torque. This angular programmable Servo can fill a variety of roles on your robot or project. In standard mode, it operates on a +/- 150-degree range. Using the Studica Smart Robot Servo Programmer (sold separately) the Fast Multi-mode Smart Servo can be configured to run in continuous, standard, and custom angular mode. In continuous rotation mode, the servo will have proportional speed control based on the PWM signal that you send with your servo controller.
Product Specifications:
The Studica Square Beam is 8mm by 8mm. As with the other Studica Robotics building components, it has the common hole pattern which makes it easy to connect to other structure with very little or no additional machining required. You can easily connect to other channel, extrusions, bushings, bearing, mounting brackets and more so you can quickly assemble and disassemble robots and automated systems.
Specifications:
May be used with 6mm D-Shape Shaft to secure wheels in their position.
Made from 3mm thick heavy 6061-T6 Aluminum, the L Bracket is 48mm x 48mm and is used outside the U Channel or Low profile channel.
The Servo Horn 25T is made of anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum and is used with the Multi-Mode Smart Servo (75002) and the Studica building structure.

485 Servo Pack is one of the best choices for rugged robotic applications. This servo’s great performance and durability are a combination of karbonite gears, high-performance circuitry, and a ball bearing-supported output shaft. Karbonite gearing is nearly four times stronger than nylon gears and provides virtually wear-free performance. Standard rotational range is 90 degrees, but it can be operated to 180 degrees with controllers capable of generating a pulse range from 600 usec to 2400 usec. Produces nearly 84 oz-in of torque power.
Add form and function to your TETRIX MAX robot with theTetrix Max; Gripper Kit. The integrated MAX hole pattern allows for a variety of mounting options, and the wide range will serve you well for picking up large items. The curved jaws and flat surfaces provide a more versatile gripping surface that can easily accommodate both round objects and flat objects. Removable gripper extension rails increase strength and versatility.
The Studica Flat Bracket is a very strong 3mm x 40mm wide.
The Servo Mount Offset Plate is one option to mount the Multi-Mode Smart Servo (75002) to the Studica building structure.
The Motor Mount Plate is used with the Maverick 12V DC Gear Motor (Part# 75001) to attach it inside the anyone of the U Channels 76010 to 76018. This is an example of a chassis with 4 motors mounted inside the U-Channel using a Motor Mounting Plate.
Includes,
The Studica Smart Robot Servo Programmer is used for programming the Studica Multi-Model Smart Servo Motor and for testing other standard Servos. Use it to program the Studica Servo to switch between continuous mode, standard mode, or any custom angular mode.
Use it to power the Studica Smart Robot Servo Programmer or any other device requiring 6V output and a TJC8 connector.
The Studica Servo Power Module is a 6V, 60W power injector that enables the use of high-power RC servos. The Servo Power Module passes through input signals unaltered while providing up to 60W of total output power across all eight channels. The input and output channels accept standard 3-wire, 0.1” pitch, servo/PWM cables.
