TETRIX MAX Quarter-Scale HS-785HB Winch Servo Motor with Horn is a super-duty servo with advanced features. Incorporated into this servo are heavy-duty Karbonite gears and integrated circuitry for accurate positioning over a 1,260-degree range (3.5 rotations). Delivering a maximum torque of 183 oz-inches, this unique servo offers greater rotational range control and power to TETRIX robot builds. Attach this quarter-scale servo to your TETRIX robot with ease with one of our Quarter-Scale Servo Mounting Brackets.
Each servo includes one nylon dual-wind pulley and one TETRIX Aluminum Servo Horn.
Take remote control out of the past! This affordable 2.4 GHz, four-channel controller is designed in the gamepad style with dual joysticks to feel more natural to students. Plus, it offers high-end perks, including interference-free performance, servo reversing, motor trim adjustment, easy linking, and a R2004GF receiver.
Note: This controller can be used with TETRIX® MAX or TETRIX PRIME systems.
The 10-cell, 12-volt AA rechargeable pack is small and lightweight yet still packs a powerful punch. This 2,000 mAh NiMH pack features a built-in 15-amp replaceable fuse for safety.
Hex stand-off posts; female/female, 6-32 thread. Four sizes available. Sold in packages of 12.
The Motor Power Cable features Anderson Powerpole Connectors and attaches the 12-volt DC motor to their power source. The cable is 18" in length and is used to connect the motors to the TETRIX PRIZM Robotics Controller (43000).
Used as cones and ball catchers in the Tetrix Prime; Builder’s Guide activities, extra cups can come in handy or be used as replacements.
This mounting kit enables easy alignment of standard-size servo motor shafts to the TETRIX hole pattern. The flexible attachment options allow for a multitude of design possibilities. Includes mounting plate, bearings, stand-offs, and aluminum servo shaft to 4.7 mm steel D-shaft axle adapte
These slotted corner brackets allow the structural elements to be connected at varying angles to modify and customize builds.
Structural elements can be connected at varying angles with these slotted flat brackets.
These 4 mm long bronze bushings are handy for tighter space requirements.
The TETRIX MAX R/C Getting Started Package offers the ultimate remote-controlled robotics experience. Teams of four work to design fully functioning remote-controlled robots, with each student group having access to both aTetrix Max; R/C Robotics Set and aTetrix Max; Expansion Set. The included curriculum materials, Instructional Build DVD forTetrix Max; Robotics, and Engineering Design Loop Poster Set provide an added bonus to the builder’s guides.

Add this expansion set to your TETRIX collection to build bigger and more complex robots and complete more challenging engineering projects. This set includes 637 building elements and comes complete with a convenient storage bin.
The TETRIX MAX R/C Class Pack serves six teams of four students, offering each group of students their own R/C Robotics Set to work with. Using the sets and the instructions from the included builder’s guide, students work collaboratively to engineer fully functioning, remote-controlled robots.
Includes:
If you can dream up a design, you can build it with the TETRIX MAX Building System. TETRIX is a complete design system for students who are serious about engineering.
Featuring heavy-duty, aircraft-grade aluminum elements for construction, powerful drive motors, and expandable capabilities, TETRIX provides the ideal platform for creativity. Whether students want to build a basic square-chassis robot base with a remote control or incorporate other electronics (not included) to design a highly specific autonomous robot, this system is unlimited. Designed to provide one student or a team of students with the hardware to get started on a robotics or other build project, this starter set eliminates the worry that you might miss a needed part to finish the project.
Includes the comprehensive TETRIX MAX Builder’s Guide (hard copy and CD), a 190-page teacher’s resource packed with several model build instructions, safety information, resources, challenges, and more. Includes a variety ofTetrix Max; structural elements, DC motors, servos and hardware, gears, wheels, axles, tubing, flats and angles, and channels. It also includes a gamepad controller and batteries, rechargeable battery and charger, motor and servo controller board, and storage case with lid.

Buying a new gamepad system when only the receiver is lost or damaged is wasteful and expensive. We’ve solved that problem by offering this replacement 2.4 GHz receiver that comes with built-in mounting tabs that align with the TETRIX hole pattern.
Please note this version of the R/C receiver is compatible with only the 40239 gray wireless gamepad and is not compatible with previous versions of the joystick controller.
